Valparaiso IN. – Housing Opportunities has recently been chosen as a recipient of a $5000.00 contribution given by Fifth Third Bank.
These funds will be used for pre-purchase education classes for new homebuyers which covers budgeting and crediting for a home, selecting a realtor, loan closing, how to choose a home, etc.
Additionally, the funds can be used for housing counseling for homeowners to include reverse mortgage counseling, home repair and maintenance, and more. Housing Opportunities is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to serving the community through the development and provision of safe, decent, affordable housing and customized support services.
