HAMMOND IN. 12-2-2010 – The South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority is proud to announce the following 2010 Hospitality Award recipients:

2010 Attraction of the Year– Wolf Lake Festival Pavilion, Hammond

2010 “Bring it Home Hero” – Brian Cummings, Professional Disc Golf World Championship

2010 Event of the Year – Clocktower Power Boat Race, City of Hobart

2010 Elected Official of the Year– Mayor Jon Costas, City of Valparaiso

The winners were announced during the organization’s annual Holiday Reception on December 1^st at the Indiana Welcome Center in Hammond. More than 250 members of the South Shore’s tourism and hospitality industries gathered to honor the award winners and welcome in the holiday season.
