Subba Rao returns to practice at Starke Memorial Hospital. “Over the course of the past year, I have witnessed several key accomplishments and improvements at Starke Memorial Hospital since it became a part of the La Porte Regional Health System family,” Subba Rao said. “I am happy and confident to return to Starke Memorial Hospital.”

He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Further, he received certification by the Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates. He received his medical degree from Mysore Medical College, India and completed his fellowship and residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital, New York.
