Valparaiso, IN, December 06, 2010 – HELP THE HOMELESS BENEFIT.  December 11, 2010 from 7pm to close, Sportsman’s Bar located in Valparaiso, IN on U.S. Hwy 6 will be hosting a Homeless Benefit to raise non-perishable items for the New Creation Men’s Center.

Owner, Russ Langeau’s’, 13 year old son volunteers at NCMC weekly and asked his father to help.  “When my son approached me, there was nothing else I could say or wanted to say but Yes!”

New Creation Men’s Center is a Christian-based daytime center open to homeless men of Porter County, Indiana, providing an oasis for struggling homeless men when the burden of being homeless becomes too much, and they desire a change. The Men’s Center provides fundamental, day-to-day services that would otherwise seem impossible and out of reach. Individuals utilizing the Center’s services will be assigned a case manager that will work with him on a one-on-one basis, helping equip him with tools he needs to bring about a true change in his life.  New Creation Men’s Center is located at 653 Axe Avenue Valparaiso, IN  46383.
