DIAMOND GIVEAWAY/CASINO NIGHT/HAMMOND COMMUNITY NIGHT: FRIDAY, JUNE 18 @ 7 P.M. – The first 1,000 adults passing through the U. S. Steel Yard gates will receive a $25 gift certificate to Albert’s Diamond Jewelers in Schererville. Bring your certificate into Albert’s and you’ll be entered into a raffle to win a REAL diamond, courtesy Albert’s Diamond Jewelers. If you like free stuff, don’t miss Casino Night as the RailCats will be giving away exciting prizes every half inning. In addition, Hammond residents with a valid ID can purchase tickets at a $2 discount at the box office on the day of the game. As always, Friday is Fireworks Friday. YOUTH BASEBALL DAY/KIDS T-SHIRT GIVEAWAY: SUNDAY, JUNE 20 @ 2 P.M. – Future RailCats from throughout Northwest Indiana are invited to the ballpark as the ‘Cats celebrate young baseball stars. Wear your little league uniform and receive a $2 discount on your ticket to the game. All youth baseball players in attendance will have the chance to participate in the pregame parade (starting at 1:30 p.m.) and because it’s father’s day, have a catch with dad on the field after the game.
