Valparaiso, IN. – September 3, 2010 – The Courts of Northwest Indiana, in Valparaiso, is hosting a free event for area families and friends to come together and grow closer from 1 pm to 7 pm on Sunday October 17, 2010.
The event is free and is to provide families with children in elementary school through high school an opportunity to spend time together by participating in a number of activities such as a mixed doubles tennis tournament, sport instruction, games, and competitions for chances to win prizes.
This event provides the opportunity to have fun and play games with your family. The Family Fall Fest will have a variety of team and individual competitions, instruction from the Purdue North Central basketball and baseball programs as well as other instructors, along with games and competition for various sports.
A two day Mixed Doubles Tennis Tournament, October 16 and 17th, will accompany the Family Fall Fest. The tournament is free to Mom/Dad and Daughter/Son teams. The Courts of Northwest Indiana is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to make an impact on the lives of the youth, adults, and elderly of our community through the means of athletics. The Courts of NWI hosts a variety of activities, leagues, tournaments, sport specific instruction, and clinics throughout the year for basketball, tennis, baseball, volleyball, and overall fitness.
